Epoxy polyester powder (PCR) for electrostatic powder coating on metallic articles. We manufacture three basic chemistries—
1. Epoxy Polyester (EP) – This powder coating is used for general purpose indoor applications such as home appliances, indoor steel furniture, electrical equipment, electrical control panels, etc.

2. Pure Polyester (PP) – It is used for good outdoor durability and for products that are exposed to direct sunlight, satellite dishes, electrical connection boxes, LPG cylinders etc.

3. Pure Epoxy Powder – In pure epoxy chemistry, we have a zinc primer which has high chemical and corrosion resistance. It is used in bathroom accessories, agricultural machinery, gas cylinders and tanks etc.

A) Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE): These are microfine polyethylene thermoplastic powders for coating on wire fabricated articles. They are used for fluidized bed dip-coating and electrostatic coating. Generally used for coating on refrigerator shelves, kitchen racks, clothes hanger, display racks, planter baskets, etc.

We manufacture all RAL colors. In addition, we have our own colors also in different finishes such as glossy, semi-gloss, matt, semi matt, structure, texture, metallic, etc. Our main strength is to manufacture a custom product according to the requirement of the customer.
