Checklist for your move:
Remember to inform the relevant parties of your change of address. This includes but is not limited to; Local authority for council tax, your bank, your GP, gas water and electric suppliers. If you drive also inform the DVLA and your insurers
Remember to read your meters for gas, water and electricity.
Think about carpet protectors, especially in bad weather.
If parking is an issue then inform your neighbours and ask they leave room for the van
